Notification noise … UPDATE

A user today requested the ability to mute the “pop” noise you hear to accompany an incoming Private Message, which unfortunately wasn’t possible. I’ve now had a chat with the software developer and he’s provided a quick workaround which should work.

– At the bottom of your Private Messages threads window, you will see a small cog icon, for “Settings”
– Click that, you’ll see a checkbox to mute the “pops”, check that, all done.

I haven’t had time to test this fully, so test it out and let me know in the comments below if it works for you. Thanks!
