In celebration of pirate day today, I am offering something special!
Please read this post in its entirety before reaching out. And if you do reach out, please follow the simple instruction that I added at the bottom.
I have two cabins for a cruise on 24 October, roundtrip from LA to Mexico. The family that I was going with had to cancel as a family issue came up and they have to address it. So instead of just canceling the one cabin, I am willing to offer it for free. It is open to anyone who wants it. It is an aft facing (Which means an enormous patio) full suite, and you get a free drink/wifi/gratuities package (For the first two people in the cabin). You would have to get yourself (and whomever you are bringing) to and from the port in LA and cover any additional charges (You would have to put your own credit card on the room) that you incur while on the ship (think like shore excursions, massages, etc).
The cabin fits up to four people, but I am only going to cover the first two people in the cabin. If you are bringing a third or fourth person, you will have to cover those fares and any drinks/wifi/gratuities.
We do not have to meet at all while on the ship, or ever. this is for you and yours to enjoy. We would just need to coordinate by email and phone before the cruise so I can get your names and passport information to the cruiseline, and yes, you need a passport.
If you want to meet and spend time together on the ship, sure, I am open to it…but it is not required.
If you are a single, man or woman, the cabin is also open to you. But I would prefer to maybe give it to a family or a couple…but am not necessarily tied to that idea. If it is you and a friend(s), same idea applies.
If you are someone who would potentially like spending time with on the ship with me as the primary reason of you going, please annotate that when you reach out. If this happens, I would still want you to have your own cabin so there is no stress or expectations as if we were to be in the same cabin.
If you want to provide a donation to help cover the cost, I am not opposed to it, but no donation is required at all (This is not a trick). I will not ask for a donation at all.
If you do commit to this and then back out, I will be pretty irritated, and so will others who could have had the opportunity. If you have an expired passport, get your passport first and then reach out.
This is a first come, first served opportunity to try to be a real life pirate!!! Or maybe just a cruise passenger.
If you want more information about the cruise, use some google skills. I am not going to be a travel agent.

And if you do send me a pm, please be patient as I will be vetting this in order, so it might take a day or two to get to you based on the response I receive.
