I stand with Grog. I have beautiful friendships on here: men and women. I would definitely travel ghe wirld to meet them, while knoeing its not to nurse. Those are absolutely no waste of time.

For a really good match i would abdolutely travel. First i need to establish a deep connection though. And it takes time and effort. Cant hop on a plane for every random guy.

This is my biggest concern with every single one of the people who I interact with on and off this group.
I did a long distance for 6 years, yes I would go there and yes I would fly her here but… I asked for her hand 3 years in and she said yes! And said she move that spring almost immediately the excuses came in so after 3 years I had to stop it and move on. So it’s a challenge to find someone locally that I can connect with but so many wonderful ladies are out there that I may have miss if don’t look at my area.

So my forum on distance is it a problem. Quite clearly it is. But if you build up a connection and both put in the effort, success stories from people meeting from other countries does happen. Everyone wants someone just down the road with the same feelings and emotions for something so wonderful and magical that abf brings. Those that have no intentions are just put into my other great forum timewasters. Make your feelings and intentions clear from the start, we are all human and adults.
