Want to share a meal or coffee in Spokane in 2 weeks

Hello all. I am traveling to Spokane in two weeks for a couple of days. My schedule is actually pretty empty I just have a couple of hours, over two days, where I have to be in the Cheney area. Other than that, I am pretty free. I was going to arrive on Tuesday evening (I could make it earlier) and leave Thursday night. I would love to meet some people and have some normal conversations.
