To those men, or women (I don’t know if I applies to them also). If someone does not reciprocate your feelings or connection and they apologize and tell you. Don’t yell at them and harass them after. Inbox’s get flooded with people and it does not help to be yelled at if you get forgotten or something. Be kind and courteous and just wish best of luck. There is no harm in that and there doesnt need to be anymore recourse. Anyone else dealing with this? I end up having to block people for this reason.
Unfortunately it’s the age old adage that some guys simply don’t take “no” for an answer. I wonder how many women get driven away from this and other similar sites because of this feeling of entitlement. You are totally right in raising the issue and your post was as polite in tone as could be expected.

Thanks for raising awareness on this issue! Hopefully bringing it up and discussing it openly will lead at least some guys to realize the implications of their behavior and help to reduce it at least a little.
D-bags like that make all men look bad. It should not be tolerated in any way, shape, or form, whether here or in real life.

Absolutely, I rather gently say no, and list a reason but the usual response is to have someone insult you and annoy you, and get aggressive. It feels like one does not have the right to say no to them. This has made me run of the site a few times in the past and not want to return. I hate to block everyone that might not be exactly what I want for that reason, but I almost feel like I have to.
