Hey everyone! I’m starting my lactation journey and I would like to try to do it without medication if possible. Does anyone have experience inducing like that? What are some tips you guys have for someone who hasn’t lactated before?
Goats rue, hydration, lots if regular stimulation — including hand massage, and tremendous patience. Going at it without domperidone can take months of constant work. Good luck.
Consistency. Whatever regimen you start with, the same times, the same Consistency, matters. And water! Water is very important to maintain. Natural, or without the assistance of herbs /Dom may take months …like double digit months and finally patience. Have fun with it and good luck! It’s not easy…and finding support would be beneficial. 🥰
