I cannot send, receive or respond to messages…. I have rebooted my wifi at home and done complete shut down on laptop…. i have done everything possible please help

Try this:
On your laptop, clear the browser cache.
Google that if you do not know how.
Afterwards, close browser, switch device off and on.Thank you sorted now
