    Hey there everyone, as someone who is new to this community and ANR as a whole, I was curious about what your impressions of ANR were. Do you view ANR as something that is sexual or something that is more intimate/spiritual?

    For me I’d say that I lean more towards the sexual/kink side of ANR, but I also find it to be very soothing and peaceful too. I was wondering how others here think of it as well. Also any advice on how to communicate what you are looking for in an ANR? I made a post in the Men seeking Women forum so any feedback would be great. Thanks, I appreciate it.

    I find it very sensual and intimate and the bond if you connect with the right person is amazing
