Has any woman here successfully started lactating solely from pumping alone or are all the vitamins and herbal meds necessary?
The best way is suckling or manual massage not pumping. If you read the art of lactation it tells you in there. Full of info. At amazon. She doesnt recommend pumping. Shes been in an anr for 15+ yrs .
I’m only taking fenugreek & I’m lactating. Of course, the supplements increase the amount, but with some work, you can most likely do that without them. You have to be patient. 🙂

Fenugreek is not good to use it cuts milk production. Its not recommend
If you want to go that route its moringa and goats rue .
I’m posting a video to my profile. Im only pumping 3 days but something is coming from my left nipple. I’ve videoed it. Does it look like milk?
Video must be too big it wont load. I’ve put a pic on my profile. Maybe someone can confirm if it’s the start of milk. It’s only on one nipple
Is that even possible after 3 days?
I’ve reduced video size by half and it still wont load. Does anyone know the maximum size for loads for video files

Max video upload is 64MB and must be MP4 format. But I want really no videos larger than 10MB in Media. You can usually compress to this size without much loss in quality.
