Ok so my preference is for natural breasts but unfortunately I wasn’t blessed.
Just curious to know how others feel about them.
When I have my consultation I plan on being honest and upfront (literally) about my need to lactate after surgery.
I had no problems lactating the first time so I can’t see why there would be any issues but I’m nervous.
To be completely honest I’ve never been a fan. I’d prefer small and natural to large enhanced breasts any day.
But that’s just me.Thanks @hgriffin I think that would be my feeling too if I was a guy. Well the not being a fan of them anyway but I am a massive fan of big (or a big fan of massive)🙊
More of an B/C kind of guy. But I don’t discriminate. 😉
I agree with Henry… everyone have their preference but I do love more natural whether they are small,medium or large.
Enhanced breasts look good from afar but are far from good!it’s cheaper and safer to just buy a nice push up bra!
I have been fortunate in that I have experience with both and I prefer D-DD cup size and am perfectly happy with natural or saline implants preferably sub-muscular and NOT inserted through areole incisions as once cut a lot of sensation in that area can be lost.
I am not a fan of silicone, gummies, etc.
Just my experience and 2 cents.

i dont mind them really. confidence is attractive so if it gives someone confidence all the power to them
From the profile pic I see , I would say your perfect. To nurse from natural breasts is my preference as I like holding the breasts is my hands and lightly massage them to help with the letdown. I have nursed women with implants and it feels like a spongy ball inside . My preference is natural. Go with how you feel though.
I used to be an “all-natural” guy. But there is something really really sexy and hot about a lovely woman who decides to upgrade. Perfect example is radio host, Nancy Quill. She was very small when she was young, eventually upgraded to a J or K cup and looks so amazing. I would have no issue nursing large implants.

I’m a Big Boobs Lover , So both natural or enhanced are great by me, My only real dislike is when the enhanced Breasts are rock solid / like beach balls
I don’t find them attractive or nice to the touch as they don’t squidge/ move – what ever they use for that enhancement I’d say avoid. Though as stated you do what’s best for you & Hope it works out well & you might share the Results 😀 👍🏻One thought I have is, would having larger implants affect your future partner’s ability to latch on properly?
you are just latching onto thr areola and some of the surrounding breast. implants wont make that harder unless someone has ridiculously sized saline ones

@milklover916 that’s really interesting you say that. Here in the UK at the time I got mine done they mainly did silicone. There were a lot of issues with saline leaking.

@loughboroughman thank you for the compliment and kind words. I am so with you on the beach ball look! I’m curious to know whether all of the Japanese stars who are larger have surgery with a different technique or if they are naturally blessed. I like how they look.
@r256 Vincent is right, I’ve successfully breastfed with implants. I’m not planning to go ridiculously big but I definitely want an increase.
