In case you’re wondering: the number next to someone’s Media tab is visible to everyone, this tells you how many Media items they have (pictures etc.)
But most people have the “Privacy” for all their Media set to “Friends Only” (the default, they can change this anytime) ….so if you are not Friends, you won’t be able to view any pics and you will get the “Sorry, no media” message.
