Question for the ladies: how many of you have started lactation with Dom? If so did you do it for a current relationship or for yourself to then go on and find someone to start a relationship with? Did you have any side effects? Do you continue to take it after your milk came in?

When I started on this journey again I was doing it mostly for me. Once I had colostrum I decided to start dom. I dind having milk is more meaningful when having abf. Most manufacturers of dim I have had no side effects with. However, the current supply I have is not my favorite and notice a difference. I am more thirsty than normal and my urine has an odor. The pill itself smells fruity and has a taste of fruityness when i take it. I continue to take dom even though i have had milk for over a year. I dont have a reliable partner to keep the supply going so haven’t taken the chance to go off it yet. Hopefully one day I can experiment with going off the dom. Let me knkw if you have other questions.

May I ask how much you take (dosage) and how often? It’s not something I would consider possible for another yr I’m just interested in doing a lot of research before putting optional chemicals in my body

The tablets are 10 mg. I have talked to someone on here who would take 100 MG a day. I only take 40 and feel that is okay. Just depends on how much you want. The higher MG doesn’t always mean more milk. There is a lactation consultant on here that does a conversation and may ask her.
