Question for the ladies: how many of you have started lactation with Dom? If so did you do it for a current relationship or for yourself to then go on and find someone to start a relationship with? Did you have any side effects? Do you continue to take it after your milk came in?
July 24, 2026 at 7:21 pm #780411When I started on this journey again I was doing it mostly for me. Once I had colostrum I decided to start dom. I dind having milk is more meaningful when having abf. Most manufacturers of dim I have had no side effects with. However, the current supply I have is not my favorite and notice a difference. I am more thirsty than normal and my urine has an odor. The pill itself smells fruity and has a taste of fruityness when i take it. I continue to take dom even though i have had milk for over a year. I dont have a reliable partner to keep the supply going so haven’t taken the chance to go off it yet. Hopefully one day I can experiment with going off the dom. Let me knkw if you have other questions.

Experienced side effects like dizzyness from dom. Dont feel really wll on it.July 25, 2026 at 1:08 pm #780774May I ask how much you take (dosage) and how often? It’s not something I would consider possible for another yr I’m just interested in doing a lot of research before putting optional chemicals in my body
July 25, 2026 at 4:55 pm #780817The tablets are 10 mg. I have talked to someone on here who would take 100 MG a day. I only take 40 and feel that is okay. Just depends on how much you want. The higher MG doesn’t always mean more milk. There is a lactation consultant on here that does a conversation and may ask her.
