As promised, extra “contact control” options for Verified Members have been added.
Details :
A new button “Who can contact me?” will be visible on your profile page (for all members) near the top.
This allows you to control who can start a new private message conversation with you, or send you a Friend Request.
Regular members have three settings :
Everyone
Nobody
Friends OnlyVerified Members have extra options :
Everyone
Nobody
Friends only
Men only, from anywhere
Women only, from anywhere
Anyone from my country
Men only, from my country
Women only, from my countryNotes :
– You can change between these settings at will, anytime.
– only new PM conversations are affected, existing conversations are not. So, for example, if you select “Nobody” then this will prevent all new contact, but your existing conversations can be continued.

DavidI just returned from crazy weeks of craziness lol. I may try to show up a but more regularly and just logged in and saw this update! So awesome! I just updated mine to all from my own country. It only applies to new contacts, right? I was just getting so many messages in the past from outside of where I am, impossible to meet anyone this way.
