Most productive pump – differing perspectives

Hi everyone,

I saw Liz’s post about her pump recommendation (Medela Classic), but I am just trying to get differing perspectives and on specifically the most productive pump. I want to see if there is a trend, since I know that some women have different experiences with different pumps.

I have a long history of lactating, but have not had as much success with pumps emptying me, though I have only tried a few, so just trying to see if there are any stand-outs for others.

I remember a former partner that had purchased a new pump, not too long before meeting me, a SPECTRA S2, and then a couple years later I bought a same one for a new partner:
they BOTH raved about this pump (for times when I wasn’t available). Inexpensive yet hospital grade.
I actually found the one I bought on eBay for like a third of the cost: BRAND NEW.
