Hello! I just started listening to your podcast and really enjoying it from a male perspective!
I’m not sure if you hit on this topic yet but I’m wondering if you could discuss proper latching and breast massaging. I haven’t had to many issues with either but it’s always good to get a little more info and maybe help any new people that might not know what to do? Just a thought anyway.
Keep up the good work with the podcast!!December 26, 2021 at 1:54 am #80339AnonymousInactiveI just posted “The Dumb and Rude Things Men Say To Women” in the forum. That would be my request for a topic to cover.
January 13, 2022 at 10:14 pm #88058AnonymousInactiveIn light of the photo comments feature added on here recently, maybe it would be interesting to talk about what kind of photos people should post, and what kinds they should not, based on what they want from this site. Cover what the risks and pitfalls are of posting graphic photos of yourself. Some people on here want their abf/anr experience on here to be very private, discrete, intimate, and others really want to show off, indulge in breast worship type comments, and attract attention, but not everyone is the same. Some enthusiastic comments might be fun boisterous encouragement for one kind of person, and horrifying embarrassing gross insults to another.
April 27, 2022 at 12:02 am #130591AnonymousInactiveIn the interest of seeing this become more mainstream, I would like to hear something about introducing this to a partner or mate who may not be enthusiastic initially. There are many married people on the site who are going outside the marriage to try to get this need met. I think it might be helpful to let people know how they might gradually build up to this. I think this ties into women, for instance, being more comfortable with their bodies and being willing to experience pleasure through their breasts. I don’t have the answers but I think it is worth exploring.

I’m willing to bet that many many folk are put off of the idea by perceived social taboo, when in fact there is nothing more natural than a couple sharing this beautiful bonding experience. There should be nothing taboo about it at all and if more people experienced it’s beauty, it would result in far fewer divorces and far healthier and functional marriages / relationships that last. I have been lucky enough to experience a marriage that was blessed with this bond, right up until my wife passed away. I also know how soul destroying it is to be in a committed relationship with a partner who is not really interested in exploring this bond. My heart goes out to those ‘trapped’ in marriages where their spouse shows no interest. Caught between being committed to the marriage and your own very real needs and desires.
ABF / ANR should not in my view be considered a kink or fetish in my view. That is something that some Western societies have projected onto it, and it’s not helping to normalize it at all. The more accepted and mainstream accepted it becomes, the better. Would make it way easier to broach the subject with a partner that hadn’t experienced or considered it before, without the edgy nervousness of being rejected outright.
It is pleasing to see that there is more and more content depicting real ABF / ANR but sadly it’s mostly found in porn sites which doesn’t help our cause either, serving instead to reinforce the idea of it being a kink or fetish.
May 8, 2022 at 5:45 pm #135520Hi All, I would love to hear a discussion of the following:
• when / how did people get hooked on ABF or ANR?
• for some folks lactation is more of a fun kink. For others it is super serious and the central pillar of a relationship. Is there room for both of these perspectives?
• has any lady ever tried a cross county ABF road trip? Stopping off with different suckers across the country?
• why can some people induce faster than others? Likewise are some people just able to lactate more than others?
• how does someone know they can be a non-sexual ANR partner? Are there similarities among those engaged in non-sexual nursing?
• has anyone become a surrogate mother in order to lactate? What was that like?May 12, 2022 at 7:14 pm #137069AnonymousInactiveI would love to hear more about this topic, too!
June 16, 2022 at 1:10 pm #150468AnonymousInactiveAs a podcast topic I’d like to hear any thoughts or experiences regarding ANR in an otherwise platonic relationship; the positive and negative.
July 13, 2022 at 3:08 pm #164004The latest podcast that I can see is from February. Is there a link to the more recent podcasts?
September 18, 2022 at 4:11 pm #189921No. Ive had some health issues, that are slowly getting resolved but the Podcast is behind. I’ll get a new one up soon.

October 4, 2022 at 5:54 am #194641AnonymousInactiveI thinking some specific questions on induction and the use of supplements or dom effects on reproductive system health. For instance (asking for a friend 😉), can Dom cause missed periods, can Dom cause false positive pregnancy tests (in case my friend’s period doesn’t happen by next week lol)?
March 2, 2023 at 7:15 pm #251695Hey Mikalah,
Good morning and I hope this finds you well.
If you haven’t done so, could you please do an episode on ANR communities online? There’s not much promotion and info regarding ANR groups out there.
There’s a huge list on the Lactation Wiki.
And in Houston,TX there’s an active ANR community at ANRHouston.com
Beyond that it is sparse.
Thanks in advance.
