    Hey,
After a break of about 6mths I am back trying to increase my lactation. I don’t currently have a pump but I am back to hand massage and expressing every two hours, desperate to get my supply back and overflowing.

Previously I took a few supplements to help but for the life of me can’t remember which were best – any suggestions?

    Also any other too tips?

I’m already adoring how sensitive my nipples are, I can’t wait for that full feeling again.

    Hello Good Vibes !

It s impressive to feel the sensuality you express in your words.
Is the real pleasure about bein full of milk, or about bein fully dried and emptied?
In a kinky view, it open so many games and pleasures.
    Wish you a great journey.

Domperidone is the best, but it’s not available in the US. You can search the forum to find ways to order. Also, it doesn’t work without pumping too, so if you can, invest in a pump and pump regularly at the same times. It does have a list of side effects and you should use with natural precaution.

I find oats really help me too, personally. I eat them daily.

    I wish you luck!

Hey Goodvibes80 – I’m in London and looking for a lactating ABF partner. As Flow says above, Domperidone is what you need to increase volume (prescription only in the UK). I have a good supply of it readily available – so drop me a PM if you think we might figure something out.

    Hey Goodvibes

I’m sure a lot of your milk supply will increase in the normal way if you need a regular suckler and an ANR. Wishing you well xx

Fenugreek, blessed thistle, and goat rue (all herbals) will help and are readily available. Wishing you all the best on your journey!

Domperidone will induce lactation without pumping. For almost a year I took domperidone to maintain supply and rarely pumped. If anyone is needing a reliable source for domperidone shoot me a message

@sarahsbf fenugreek is not to be used for inducing lactation, it is for boosting supply. A very important disclosure, fenugreek does not work for everyone, and it can actually dry your milk up within a couple of days. Anyone considering fenugreek should think long and hard about whether they’re willing to accept that risk.

These oils can be applied topically or ingested in moderation

Mix with coconut oil or another carrier oil and applied topically
    Dill
    basil
    fennel

I am working on gathering more info on Clary Sage and Geranium

This site has some great information on various herbs and how to take them.
