Really this is considered as a fetish. and I think most men see it as described below more that the feeling of nurturing or stress relief, which is why ABF is more prevalent than ANR.

I think the ones that are aposed and say that. They think of the ones who do adult baby and mommy aspect. Then people equate it to the baby and it to that. That’s where the fetish aspect comes in. The rest of use just see it as a beautiful bond between 2 people. Nothing truly comes close to it.
I think it all comes down to an old joke from George Carlin, I believe:
“The definition of a pervert is anybody who is 5% kinkier than you are.”
It fits with his joke about “Did you ever notice that when you are driving down the freeway, anybody who is driving 10 MPH slower than you is an idiot, and anybody going 10 MPH faster than you are is a maniac?”
