I’ve been doing the protocol for some time and pumping more often and regularly lately. I woke up with very heavy boobs and a pulling outwards on my nipples like a tugging feeling they’ve also been erect all the time
They’ve felt very sensitive for a while and I get this sharp pain on the breast tissue sometimes
What’s very different is when I think of nursing or a mouth around my nipples I feel this strong itch and hard tingle on the nipples and I need to pump ! Does that mean it’s close? Any similar experiences?Those are all excellent signs, and it means your hard work is paying off, you may also start to see the appearance of blue veins which is an excellent excellent sign that things are changing within your breast, keep up the good work and don’t give up on the massage just because you’re seeing results because it’s the massage that’s causing them. Perhaps a lactating lady would have more info but that sounds like you’re starting to have the letdown reflex 🙂
Men, please do not comment on a woman’s body, unless you lactated before, but if not, stop. !!!!! Disrespectful and time wasting.

Why would you call me on the common sense? It is obvious that it makes no sense for a man telling a woman how her breasts work or how it feels, he never experienced it. I have not said anything except the fact nor I made fun of anyone.
