In a contemplative mood thinks Mira. She’s in a good place soaking in the tub, letting toxins get out before the mind seems to wonder on nothing in particular? and then a thought that makes her sit up.

Mira’s 2 days have been full of gratitude but there is always a thought at the back of her mind whenever she gets too attached to a loved one, thing, ritual.

She cannot completely be detached as it’s easy for others to do. She’s bothered by that fact.

Do we ignore , have boundaries that are impenetrable? There is so much pain and so much suffering but also a lot of love 🩷. People who come into our lives teach us different things.

So goes Mira looking for her place in this world, where to make a difference when the need was so vast! Is there ever an answer to this question?

It seems like things are outside her control in the real world except in her internal world which is constantly trying to be at peace..sacred ever present loving.

Gratitude is a good start. Practicing gratitude will show the path. Sometimes it may take time.
Gratitude teaches us to appreciate and enjoy what we have in life. It can be thing, people, health etc. it opens up our mind and thoughts to openness and abundance in our life, which may help to let go and open our mind.
Just being grateful, you will make a difference in this world with your love and happiness.
