Has anyone ever suggested barley. Outside of gluten and digestive issues this is very good one. Barley
This is one reason beer is considered a galactagogue. But alcohol can hinder as it will dehydrate you if you don’t drink enough water to offset it.

Pearl barley is completely safe and natural. Many ways to incorporate it into your diet. Those with certain conditions like celiac disease and digestion issues should avoid it.
