Question to my fellow inducing ladies. Does anyone have any experience with inducing and having a Mirena iud? I have read mixed opinions on progesterone only iuds hindering lactation. Others saying it doesn’t effect it. And even some saying it can promote lactation.
Something else I have experienced and could use insight on is rapid weight gain when inducing. Has anyone experienced extreme weight gain or loss when inducing?I have a mirena iud and I didn’t have any problems inducing with and without domperidone. I have not had any issues with weight gain either, I’ve actually been working on losing weight and I have dropped 30 lbs in 8 months.
