How do you go about your first meeting?

I usually meet up for coffee. That gives us a chance to strike a nice conversation about any random topic and see if we are actually compatible or not. And then slowly transition towards discussing nursing. And if the partner is feeling comfortable then we discuss the logistics of it, whether one of us would host or if we should get a hotel room etc.

– take your time
– audio chat (real time, not just voice notes) at a minimum
– video chat(s) ideal
– don‘t be shy with dos and don‘ts – might feel weird to discuss boobie stuff out of context, but much better to have that clarity far in advance of being caught in the moment
– trust your gut
