Front page tidy-up, featured articles etc.

Removing list of flags & personal ads links from front page, they were just repeats of the Recent Forum Posts so it’s no loss.

Should make the page a bit less “busy” looking, tidier.

Trying out replacing this content with “Featured Articles” – any nice bit of writing submitted to the site or posted in the Forums can be highlighted here.
