I am inducing and think I’m getting very close to producing milk. But no drops yet, hopefully soon. My breasts have gotten much bigger and are heavier and “full” feeling. My nipples are *very* sensitive and are engorged, sometimes with a tingling sensation. It’s all felt amazing except for the last couple nights where I had night sweats and dull pain in both breasts, and everytime I pumped I have nausea. I read this can happen with lactation. Does this eventually go away or will I always feel nausea when pumping? 🙁

Ah that is good to hear!! Thank you!!

My symptoms have progressed during the day and I actually think I have mastitis, my left breast is much more swollen than my right and very painful, hard lumps inside I am massaging to help unclog ducts. I feel like I have so much milk in my breasts, and the pressure is building, I just need to have my first letdown! 😥 It’s so painful. I haven’t even had drops yet

    Hello,
I too got nauseous in the beginning and later the nauseous feeling turned into orgasms.
Massage your breasts you probably have a clogged duct. Also try warm compress or heating pad before pumping
    Good luck!!
