Hi all, thinking of going with Wednesdays 9 pm ET as I feel that day may be best and would like to catch most of you at home. It will be a crazy hour for me, but happy to do it if people log on, would that work for most of you (in the US?)
I might do a separate for Europe at some point…

Hello there all, so I have agreed with Michael to do the first live audio chat for next Wednesday 11 September at 9 pm ET (2 am for me on UK time) so hopefully quite a few of you can join as I am doing this for all of us.
So just to have something to think about and discuss, I’ll leave this image here, I totally agree with this truth, also when it comes to lactation. I have been inducing as you guys know for my research and health, and it has been…unexpected. All that I have experienced, as well as how life and everyday events have affected it and vice-versa. Feelings are incredibly powerful and can be used to our advantage at times but also can hurt us in many ways, it can be really challenging to stay grounded as they cast all sorts of spells on us…
