So – I’m just starting inducing lactation after a long break. I have Dom, herbal supplements and have been hand stimulating. I have to be discreet! Today I got a hand pump (feels divine!) I have some very tiny thick drops of golden colour milk – so I hope this is a good sign? My breasts are wonderfully tender and my nipples feel amazing.
Does anyone have any tips on the best bras for ease but that don’t look like infant?

Barry.Sounds like you are on the right track! Stay really hydrated and I’ve had a lot of success with lactation cookies are the only things that I would add.

I like stretchy bras to fit pumps in. Victoria secret has a good one, it’s cute but stretches like. Sports bra. Good luck:)
Hi Olivia. I started with oily drops that then turned cloudy and I started DOM. pumped/ suckled 4 times a day but hand expressing afterwards got better results. I was able to squirt with a few streams after about a month and he lived it!! Good luck girl.
