I would recommend tens for quiet. The breast stimulation is necessary and that could be through tens or pumping
If you ar e lactating I believe a tens will make your milk flow. Or that’s what I recall reading but for stimulation it would work.
The Elvie double pump that you slip into your bra, is supposed to be very quiet.
