YOUR PREFERENCES
Make yourself comfortable.
Find “Who can contact me?” on your profile. Regular members can choose everyone, nobody, or friends only. Verified members also have gender and country filters.
These settings control new messages and friend requests. Existing conversations can continue.
Who can see my pictures and posts?
Media uploads default to friends-only; you can change that when uploading. Your profile picture can appear publicly. Profiles and main chat are members-only; forums and blog pages can be visible to visitors.
CHAT ROOMS
Come say hello.
Regular Chat: Join the conversation on the homepage. Adult breastfeeding, music, dinner, whatever people are talking about. Say hello and stay for the answer.
A lovely pair of breasts might catch your attention. Asking how someone’s day went is a good way to keep the conversation going.
Spicy Chat: Use its separate button for flirtier conversation and more revealing photos. Posting a picture is optional.
Hosted chats & events
In the Audio Café, you can talk or simply listen. Look for the green Join Audio Chat button when people are in the Café. Check “What’s new on ABFH?” on the homepage for events and hosted sessions. If your hello gets lost, try another time.
FORUMS & FINDING PEOPLE
Follow your curiosity.
Browse the forums, add a reply, or start a topic. You don’t have to know everyone to join in.
Looking for a partner? Try Personal Ads. Your location must be in the title.
Search Members lets you look by location, age, recent activity, or a word in someone’s profile. A favourite band might give you more to talk about than a postcode.
Use the USA & UK maps
To appear in map searches, find the nearest location number, enter it in your profile’s USA Map No. or UK Map No. field, and save.
PRIVATE MESSAGES
Someone caught your eye?
Before you land in someone’s inbox, read their profile, including what they’re looking for and who they want to hear from. Click their name or picture, then Private Message. Mention what interested you. Give them something to answer beyond “hey.”
Adult breastfeeding isn’t sexual for everyone. Flirting doesn’t promise a meeting. Ask, listen, and respect the answer.
Include a note with friend requests. Leave unanswered messages alone.
SAFETY & SUPPORT
