Very well stated!! That was an amazing and reflective post. Your body is trying to wake you up from out of your funk and tell you I’m here and waiting to be free!! Its trying to reconnect with you. Its trying to say that everything is going to be ok, but don’t ignore me, don’t put me off. I am here and I will calm those rough waters and take the stress away and sew together the the rip of division. Let me make you whole again.
