For those that use a tens unit, how often do you use it? Forhow long do you use it? Do you use it when you’re actually pumping?
I use the tens unit to stimulate my boobs before milk comes in. After milk comes in, you no longer need to stimulate the nerves and still need to regularly pump to trick your body into producing milk.
