When wearing a TENS unit for stimulation/inducing, what have you found to work best as far as intensity, how many patches, and best placement?

Go with an intensity that you feel but isn’t painful. Mine has 4 patches, 2 per breast. I usually have them just outside of my areolas for stimulation.

Dreams of Milk has a nice diagram for placement and I for for using the machine.

Intensity comes down to what you can tolerate. One site discussed a circular disk that goes around the nipple, I haven’t located those anywhere so I stick with two pads on each breast.

The circular disk can be rather shocky as it doesn’t all stay connected to the skin was my experience.

I found the tens machine felt so good (using the pads) I’d use it too long and too high then within a day it would feel like my breasts were trying to expand too quickly.

Slow and steady I think is key
