Polythelia is the term for a person having three or more nipples. It occurs in 1 out of every 18 men and 1 out of every 50 women. The extra nipples are commonly mistaken as moles. That makes for an interesting/scary suckling session i reckon
I have this! Nobody can tell really … looks like a mole.

So, since I can remember, I had two, one under each breast … One I did have removed bc when I was nursing my daughter (my 2nd child I nursed), it started to grow and that made me concerned … So, under one breast, I have a scar (looks like I had stitches) … Then, the remaining extra nipple, it’s tiny … no sensation, nothing … as sexy as any other mole, but it’s definitely a nipple. Now, my oldest son has an extra nipple, but it appeared a in his teenage years … Also, nobody can tell, he goes shirtless, it’s a non-issue. When I was in college and would drink, I loved showing the extra nipples off 😂 Like a party trick!

My grandmother hated when it was mentioned of my extra nipples, she would say, “she’s not a cow!” 😂 Most doctors make it sound like it’s common … One told me I was like I only had two, he had seen people with more.
Interesting, I never knew any of that.
I’ve heard about a third nipple, I’ve read there’s a person with one that supposedly does secrete some fluid randomly but thats all the article mentioned.. its very common in men.. no I don’t have one..lol
