1 – what device are you using? Android mobile or tablet? Apple iphone or ipad? Computer? Laptop?
2 – tried clearing the browser cache, on all devices? This often helps.
3 – if using Windows, older versions of Windows have issues.
4 – if using ipad, older iPads have issues.
5 – try using a different device to view messages? Same issue?
6 – when did you notice this problem? Last few days?
7 – the LIVE chatroom on the front page is essentially a “group private messages” window. Are you able to see it? Do messages show there normally for you? Are you able to join the room and post chat messages?
