1 – what device are you using? Android mobile or tablet? Apple iphone or ipad? Computer? Laptop?
2 – tried clearing the browser cache, on all devices? This often helps.
3 – if using Windows, older versions of Windows have issues.
4 – if using ipad, older iPads have issues.
5 – try using a different device to view messages? Same issue?
6 – when did you notice this problem? Last few days?
7 – the LIVE chatroom on the front page is essentially a “group private messages” window. Are you able to see it? Do messages show there normally for you? Are you able to join the room and post chat messages?Reply below please. As much info as possible.
