Hello to all who are reading this. I created this thread for anyone who wants to leave a thought note about something they identified about themselves through self-reflection. Anyone can use this thread and no responses are needed.
If you do post, please do not put a rant or hurt feelings, please write on here about something you thought of through self-reflection.
If you are here to read other’s posts, please remember that these are someone’s thoughts and reflections and this should be a safe place to put them.
And please, no judgement, at all, whatsoever
November 5, 2026 at 4:29 am #840390I will start.
I can be better. I can do better. I have sometimes been unaware of other people’s feelings. I have sometimes made terrible mistakes. I sometimes make mistakes that impact others. I do not clearly state my feelings sometimes and other times I just overwhelm others. And sometimes I project my own issues unto others. I need to be better every day. I need to be a better person in my community. I need to always be more mindful of those around me and their feelings. I need to be a better human.

November 5, 2026 at 5:22 am #840402I relate to what Brian said. I have a fear of being misunderstood, so it takes me time to fully open up with someone, but once I do, I am an extremely open person.
November 5, 2026 at 5:32 am #840404@anroc your self reflection reflects exactly who you are. My heart goes out to you when you say: I can do better every day.
You are trying so hard and you are being so hard on yourself.
So please remember: you are enough, you are a good and kind person. Don’t forget to be proud of who you are and what you already achieved. You are enough. -
