FYI: Curtesy of President Lyndon Johnston, the Legal Services Corporation provides to grants to just under a hundred-and-fifty legal service providers across the United States. People needing legal assistance in civil matters and meeting certain criteria may be eligible for such services: exploration on a case-by-case basis is needed. The basic rule of geography to remember is: every state must have at least one LSC grant receiving organization and no country/parish/burrow/district may have more than one. Many organizations have multiple offices under a single umbrella.
