Is anyone able to be local for this? While I am willing to relocate, it won’t be immediately. I hope there is someone that fits the bill.

You’ll find someone just have to be patient. Massachusetts and New Hampshire are niche areas when it comes to ANR sadly 😭 you sound like you have a lot to offer so you shouldn’t have much trouble.
