I have always been a skinny guy, I’m 5’9 too around 130 lbs. My mother was not able to breastfeed me much and I grew up kinda smaller and weaker than most kids. Got sick a lot with ear infections, sinuses, etc. Got easily injured, etc. Now I have arthritis.

Since I was little or at least since I hit puberty I had a very strong desire and admiration for breasts. I think they are a beautiful work of art. And I love to just look at and admkre their beauty.

Is it fine that I want to do this for both health reasons and because it just makes me happy to see and feel, and caress, and kiss and suck breasts?

Do you think this could help me gain some weight and feel better?

I’ve also never done this before so I would really appreciate any tips which would make my experience and her experience better. Thank you. Have a good day.

Hi Ricardo. I am not an expert but I think that there are some bodybuilders who like to use breastmilk. However, one thing I definitely know is that it will make you feel better. Buena suerte.

I’m sure it could, but it would take a lot of it

Breastmilk might be used as a SUPPLEMENT, but growing muscles requires a workout regimen. Sorry, you just can’t get around that one.
Try 50 push-ups per day to start. Discipline yourself and check out the results after 30 days.
