I’ve had one experience with ABF so far but was sort of guided throughout the process. I sort of naturally fell into it but worried I was doing something wrong. Later I sort of asked myself, how long should a suckle last? Switching about every two minutes? Or go on like 10 minutes per titty? Are you supposed to be doing long drawn out sucking motions or quick little “pumps” of sucking? I sort of just went with my gut feeling and switched it up. Idk if there is a guide for improvement around here but man I got a lot to learn. I also kept rubbing and dancing my tongue around the nipple as I suckled but it felt too sexual maybe, although she liked it. So yea tips would be appreciated. Thanks yall

10 min is a good start for a newbie. Lol but I prefer hours. Yes HOURS. A good solid latch is my goto everytime.
If you use teeth. I’m going to BAN you probably. Indefinitely. Lol no joke.
Breast play can be nice (picking. Kissing) . But I dislike nipple rolling with fingers. Especially, after they been nursed on. Ot creates little cuts on me.
Oh fuck I was nipple rolling quite a bit during and after. Damn I wish she said something. But since she didn’t maybe it felt different for her. I feel like I was so entranced by her breasts I kept switching and taking two at once like it was too sexual and not enough nursing. Thanks for responding.
Good question Odin. Good communication is the foundation for a good latch. Have an open mind and listen to your partner.
The physical technique is fairly straightforward given a bit of research and demonstration. Once mastered, a good latch will not cause any pain or discomfort to the lady and therefore allows for longer sessions. Switching sides, nipple rolling, breast massage etc is up to personal preferences.
Practice makes perfect and enjoy it together.Well once the basics are down breastfeeding is straightforward. The options are many and varied. That is something you and your partner have to work out. There are some good topics about technique in the forum. Learning her likes can be a pleasure.
In this topic I learned that nipple rolling was with the fingers. Here I was using my tongue.😋
