    Hello all
I’ve been really diving into my lactation fantasy with understanding it may never be more than the few drops that I sometimes have. Recently I’ve been hand massaging for 8-10 minutes twice a day for a while now and have seen an increase in sensation and softness. I splurged and purchased an electric pump, no room for expressing but more for sensation and play. It will be here next week. I use nipple suction cups and my nipples will increase in size by double and triple but each time they go back to their normal flat within half an hour or less of stopping. I have used them for years and really enjoy this but now seek a bit of modification. They do leave an imprint of rings on my skin that also fades. I have never experienced lactation or abf so my nipples are completely flat on their own. I just purchased nipple shields to wear under my bra to see if there is any difference when not further flattened all day. If anyone has advice or tips that might help flat nipples for plump up please tell me.

I bought a momcozy wearable pump and love it. I’ve been able to increase my sessions. I wear it on my drive to and from work and at lunch.

Pump every few hours this will get your nipples out and more perky for a while. After pumping, put on non piercing adjustable nipples rings. I do this after every pump. It keeps my nipples at the size I want and if I want more sensation I tighten them. I wear them all day and love the look they leave when wearing a shirt.
