a friend of mine is looking to induce and seeing as i can’t prescribe domperidone due to it being illegal in the US, the next closest would be metoclopramide / reglan. after some research, it seems like a 14 day on cycle would potentially be the best route to avoid any longterm issues. has anyone used and/or have experience with it?

No. Because it’s not designed or meant for long term. I have not. I’ve only used Dom and have been successful everytime without side affects.

Even Dom is risky. It us known for cardiac side effects, causing arrhythmias or irregular heart rates amoung others.
Some of the herbs called “galactagogues” like moringa, for example, do not necessarily process through the liver….have many benefits….but can alter/ affect the liver enzymes that metabolize, medications, potentially changing their effects.
All i’m saying is be careful what you do.Suggest for people to use because you never know what medications people are on and the possible interactions they may experience.

right.. i understand the medicine, however, maybe i didn’t clarify in my original post.. i’m asking for people who have had experience with it – whether they be positive or negative.

    update:

Day 2: droplets already coming out during expressing

Day 3-4: breasts already noticeably larger and more “full” – spraying during expression
