I have the rechargable hands free elvie stride and I like it quite a bit. In fact, it’s the only pump I have liked using. You could use it semi discreetly at work. I have.

I’ve got both the Elvie and Elvie Stride. The original Elvie is is bigger as each unit has it’s own pump, but it’s pretty quiet. The Elvie Stride has smaller and lighter bits that go in your bra, but the pump unit is separate and a bit louder than the Elvie. To be honest, I personally would struggle to work whilst using a breast pump anyway. Not because of the noise, but because it turns me on too much and I wouldn’t be able to concentrate on my work 🙈

I use the Willow Go portable pumps and really like them. When turned up to the level of suction I like, they are kind of noisy and would be noticed in a meeting or a zoom call….But they are great for road trips, can be plugged into a port in the car to re-charge, and when I am out running errands or at an activity I can use them without a problem. I also put them on at night (in a special nursing/pumping bra) and then just turn them on to go to sleep and again for the 3am pumping, they turn themselves off after 20 minutes…easy peasy. Worth the money.
