Minor update:
You can now upload video clips to your profile media in .MOV format (iPhone default).
Previously only .MP4 was possible.Please note the following :
– you are still requested to limit maximum upload size to 10MB. Anything larger than this MUST be compressed by YOU before you upload it.
– video clips you upload should be of you. To show others what you look like, to help you find a partner.Great, thanks Michael. Videos are still limited to uploading to ones own profile media, you can’t send them as private messages.

Best to use an app on your own device to compress video, it’s guaranteed privacy.
I do not recommend , but if you want to use a compression website, then try the one below.
