In a world sculpted by the hands of patriarchs, the essence of the feminine has been both worshipped and condemned, exalted and erased. I’ve created this video as a brief journey that delves into the heart of this paradox, uncovering the erotic spirituality that pulses like a hidden river through the annals of history. Discover with me goddesses dethroned, priestesses silenced, and heroines forgotten, and invoke their names and stories back into the light. For truth, for justice, but ultimately because men and women have had much stolen from us and we are suffering in relationships today due to this deliberately omitted ancient knowledge.
ABOUT ME
I am a creative writer, historian, and wellness coach who weaves together the rich threads of mythology, religion, anthropology, archaeology, alchemy, ancient energies, psychology and women’s mysteries together with the Western Esoteric Tradition. Through these sacred lenses, I breathe life into forgotten knowledge and ancient practices, awakening them from the depths of history. My passion lies in guiding others to rediscover these timeless secrets, which can infuse our lives with deeper meaning, sensual richness, and a more profound connection to the mysteries of existence.
Sophia Unveiled – What to expect
Elayne (Sophia Unveiled)
In a time when the divine feminine, embodied by Sophia, guided humanity with sacred wisdom, the balance between masculine and feminine was revered. Women were sacred vessels, guardians of sexuality, nurturing harmony through a dance of opposites. However, as the goddess was dethroned and forgotten, this sacred balance crumbled, leaving a deep void in relationships and society. Ancient practices like erotic lactation once fostered intimate, soulful connections and were necessary for our health, but their abandonment has led to chaos, disconnection and modern illnesses like cancer. As we approach the Age of Aquarius, there is a call to reclaim this lost wisdom, restore balance, and embrace authentic sexuality as a healing force, rekindling the sacred connection that once unified us. As an artist shaped by grief and loss, I live unapologetically; and as a historian and wellness coach, I am driven by a mission to help men and women reconnect with these ancient truths, fostering deeper, more meaningful relationships rooted in authenticity and love.
My life could have unfolded quite differently and perhaps I wouldn’t have the peace of mind I have today if I had not had the courage to stand up for what was right, especially for myself as a woman. Standing up for what we believe in and being unafraid to share and speak our truth is rare nowadays. It is also hurting us in ways that are beyond soul-destroying. This blog-space aims to be a sanctuary, a place of awakening and remembering, where ancient practices of sacred sexuality and wellbeing among men and women (which included lactation) reclaim their rightful place as an eternal source of power and enlightenment throughout history. It is an ode to the eternal dance of the masculine and feminine; an exploration of the profound connection between spiritual awakening and sexual energy, through ancient wisdom now forgotten, for an enhanced life experience.
I am a creative writer, historian, and medium who weaves together the rich threads of mythology, religion, anthropology, archaeology, alchemy, and women’s mysteries. My unconventional upbring, moving to a different country or even continent every few years, has gifted me with an appreciation for languages, cultures, peoples and different ways of living. This is why I am passionate about sharing everything that I have lived, learned through my travels but also due to my love of history.
With this intention, I’ll share my own work alongside that of others to illuminate what has long been hidden in darkness. Together, as men and women, we can explore sacred sexuality and other relevant areas in this blog to delve into historical practices that deepen our understanding of life, enhancing our well-being. Though I’m a busy single mother, teaching, lecturing, and researching, this blog is dear to me, and I will provide weekly content. Expect a rich variety, from my own articles to shared insights on sacred sexuality, health, psychology, history, and more (even the Paranormal as I do work with the Otherworld)—helping us reclaim forgotten wisdom that can transform our lives. I’ll offer meditations, music, poetry, literature and my own writing, spirituality, esoteric knowledge, history, but also energy healing and culturally relevant posts. There may also be live events, talks, and training sessions related to the blog’s themes at some point. Starting in September, I’ll join in for 1 hr a week on the live voice chat, engaging with you all in real-time discussions.
I bring back history and forgotten knowledge that can enhance our modern lives but I also practice what I preach. Therefore, breast and nipple stimulation have been a key practice in my health and well-being routine, and along with a good diet, healthy lifestyle, and regular exercise, helped me recover from cervical cancer a few years ago and to keep it at bay. Lactation is actually crucial to this, and if more women knew this and also its origins and ties to spirituality, I feel they would be less reluctant to try it as it could improve their intimacy, and it will reduce their risk of having cancer. I’ll be sharing my journey, tips, and practices as I have been inducing solo for the past few weeks.
Thank you all for your time in reading me and I look forward to getting to know all of you! I am leaving you all with a kiss, mine 😉 but also with a quote and image of the world’s oldest kiss, over 4000 years old:
“My upper lip becomes moist, while my lower lip trembles! I shall embrace him, I shall kiss him.” —1900-1595 B.C.E. tablet from Sippar, Mesopotamia; translation by Nathan Wasserman, Akkadian Love Literature of the Third and Second Millennium B.C.E.
Very impressive. Definitely worth your time to check out and get educated about what we’re all here for.
Thank you so much Jackson for taking the time to read / have a look and for the wonderful message you’ve left me. Especially today on such an important day for goddess magic / feminine energies re the moon. Much love your way, x
This is easily the best thing I’ve read on this site. No offense to other bloggers but just my honest opinion.
Elayne, it’s fascinating to get educated on practice has been around with us for almost hundreds of years. What catches my attention how beneficial it has been to our health; both mental and physical.
This could really be a game changer and I wish you all the luck in the mission you’re on. I love how your passion shines through 🌟
Thank you so much Brawn! Wow I am touched…I did put so many hours and so many days into this, but have been researching the topic all the way back to the earliest days of history through all my areas. I really appreciate this comment x
The practice appears to have been once universal and the reason men and women began living together ad not hundreds, but thousands of years! it is definitely beneficial to our health, but at all levels: body, mind AND SPIRIT! 😉 The soul matters as it is about uniting our soul, (the bridegroom in Kabbalah and Solomon’s Song of Songs) with the bride (Sophia, the feminine life-force creation aspect of God).
Thank you for noticing my passion! I do put my whole heart into all that I do and I think that this…is important for women, as it could save many lives, but also enrich their relationships. I cannot comment on the relationship aspect as you all know I have been single for 5 years (by choice, and save 2 months of a relationship I began early last year). I will however comment on my journey at all levels so far when inducing. It is still early days (week 3 really) but it has been a whirlwind, emotionally and physically.
I’m a bit of a nerd and appreciate knowing where information comes from, like your quote from Akkadian love literature.
I know you’re a busy mom but, as time permits, will you please include names of historical info, reference books, etc you use for your articles so deeper dives into that information is possible?
This is all brand new information to me. Thank you taking your precious time to study and educate.
Hello there! I really adore your comment and of course I will, there is already a hyperlink (hover over with your mouse on that Akkadian quote and I will include links to all, if you look at the pop up pictures in my first post – they have captions with extra bits of info.
I have a Patreon channel and Youtube with the usual history I do which does include some sacred sexuality and spirituality as I have always worked in these areas, but I will be creating a separate Patreon just on the blog topics here focused on healthy sacred sexuality and wellbeing for men and women. I will share it here once up and running and offer discussion groups and maybe live talks and training at some point. I do already offer private consultations and am qualified in Archetypal psychology and psychospiritual counselling as well as magic, energy healing (chakras which come from Tantra, sacred geography) and the western esoteric tradition. I actually lecture for the world’s leading authority in spiritual and esoteric training founded over 200 years ago and I’m also published by the UNESCO for my work in cultural heritage, currently about to begin an MA in Public History and Cultural Heritage so very relevant to all this.
I’m in love with your blog so very much! it’s very informative and I was literally connected with every word you spoke on the video, Very professional and educational about this beautiful Lifestyle, it should definitely be excersides for health reasons, most importantly spiritual bonding and released.
