Sophia, in Gnostic traditions, represents the feminine aspect of divine wisdom and is often seen as a manifestation of God’s creative force, embodying light, life, and the nourishing waters of creation. She is both the source of spiritual enlightenment and the mother of all living, connecting the divine with the material world.

In a time when the divine feminine, embodied by Sophia, guided humanity with sacred wisdom, the balance between masculine and feminine was revered. Women were sacred vessels, guardians of sexuality, nurturing harmony through a dance of opposites. However, as the goddess was dethroned and forgotten, this sacred balance crumbled, leaving a deep void in relationships and society. Ancient practices like erotic lactation once fostered intimate, soulful connections and were necessary for our health, but their abandonment has led to chaos, disconnection and modern illnesses like cancer. As we approach the Age of Aquarius, there is a call to reclaim this lost wisdom, restore balance, and embrace authentic sexuality as a healing force, rekindling the sacred connection that once unified us. As an artist shaped by grief and loss, I live unapologetically; and as a historian and wellness coach, I am driven by a mission to help men and women reconnect with these ancient truths, fostering deeper, more meaningful relationships rooted in authenticity and love.

The forbidden fruit was never an apple, but a woman’s breast which provided wisdom and was seen as evil. The Latin word mălum signifies “evil” while the Latin word mālum, from the Greek μῆλον, means “apple.”

My life could have unfolded quite differently and perhaps I wouldn’t have the peace of mind I have today if I had not had the courage to stand up for what was right, especially for myself as a woman. Standing up for what we believe in and being unafraid to share and speak our truth is rare nowadays.  It is also hurting us in ways that are beyond soul-destroying. This blog-space aims to be a sanctuary, a place of awakening and remembering, where ancient practices of sacred sexuality and wellbeing among men and women (which included lactation) reclaim their rightful place as an eternal source of power and enlightenment throughout history. It is an ode to the eternal dance of the masculine and feminine; an exploration of the profound connection between spiritual awakening and sexual energy, through ancient wisdom now forgotten, for an enhanced life experience.

Hellenistic Goddess Artemis Ephesia was depicted with many breasts, symbolising fertility and nourishment. Milk was seen as magic in ancient times, connected to longevity, resurrection and fertility.  This fountain, with its flowing water, represented the nurturing and life-giving aspects of the goddess as the Mother archetype.

I am a creative writer, historian, and medium who weaves together the rich threads of mythology, religion, anthropology, archaeology, alchemy, and women’s mysteries. Through these sacred lenses, I breathe life into forgotten knowledge and ancient practices, awakening them from the depths of history. My passion lies in guiding others to rediscover these timeless secrets, which can infuse our lives with deeper meaning, sensual richness, and a more profound connection to the mysteries of existence.  My unconventional upbring, moving to a different country or even continent every few years, has gifted me with an appreciation for languages, cultures, peoples and different ways of living.  This is why I am passionate about sharing everything that I have lived, learned through my travels but also due to my love of history.

With this intention, I’ll share my own work alongside that of others to illuminate what has long been hidden in darkness. Together, as men and women, we can explore sacred sexuality and other relevant areas in this blog to delve into historical practices that deepen our understanding of life, enhancing our well-being. Though I’m a busy single mother, teaching, lecturing, and researching, this blog is dear to me, and I will provide weekly content. Expect a rich variety, from my own articles to shared insights on sacred sexuality, health, psychology, history, and more (even the Paranormal as I do work with the Otherworld)—helping us reclaim forgotten wisdom that can transform our lives. I’ll offer meditations, music, poetry, literature and my own writing, spirituality, esoteric knowledge, history, but also energy healing and culturally relevant posts. There may also be live events, talks, and training sessions related to the blog’s themes at some point. Starting in September, I’ll join in for 1 hr a week on the live voice chat, engaging with you all in real-time discussions.

I bring back history and forgotten knowledge that can enhance our modern lives but I also practice what I preach. Therefore, breast and nipple stimulation have been a key practice in my health and well-being routine, and along with a good diet, healthy lifestyle, and regular exercise, helped me recover from cervical cancer a few years ago and to keep it at bay.  Lactation is actually crucial to this, and if more women knew this and also its origins and ties to spirituality, I feel they would be less reluctant to try it as it could improve their intimacy, and it will reduce their risk of having cancer.  I’ll be sharing my journey, tips, and practices as I have been inducing solo for the past few weeks.
