Definitely value yourself MG and let the “takers” take themselves away to shallow waters.
I like that! You’re right, let them take themselves to shallow waters, for they don’t get the privilege to explore my depths!
I even at my age am learning this as well it’s hard being a giver to respect my peace my time my connection to someone that apparently wants my time yet only gives when they want something or they are in need. God all I want is a connection but all I seem to find is people that want to suck the joy out of me. Who only care when they want something from me. Thank you for this post!
