I enjoy making breakfast. Omelettes, crepes, pancakes, sausage gravy and biscuits(homemade), I love it.
What are some of your favorite meals to prepare?
I have a couple signature dishes with the family. To be honest, I haven’t cooked them much in the last 8 years that I’ve been with the big guy since he does most of the cooking.
My favorite thing to cook would be something new and fun that has popped into my headAnything on the bbq, white bean chicken chili, pasta dishes, etc. I make it all. Just enjoy entertaining and pleasing with my cooking.
Mmmmmm…. You all are making BBQ, sounds delicious. I’ll make my special Italian pasta salad, some grilled pineapple, and one of my specialty cheesecakes for desert to go with the BBQ!
Irish stew, honey roasted ham with cloves and cherries or thai curry.
That sounds really good when it’s cold out!
For me, it depends on the season.
Summer: babyback ribs on the wood fired BBQ grill, with dry rub.Fall: two things. Apple cake made from apples in my orchard, and pot roast cooled in a Dutch oven with tons of veggies.
Winter: crock pot of ham n beans w cornbread
I don’t like cooking 🤣 whatever is quick and easy and requires minimal preparation and cleaning up afterwards 😂
I make a killer blueberry, candied walnut spring mix salad with a salmon steak on top.
I am told I make a killer lamb “fesenjoon” which is a Persian walnut, pomegranate and lamb stew.
