1. Give and Take is part of the circle of life. As you take you are fulfilled and want to give in return. This is the eternal rhythm of the universe that we are harnessing with another human being in an action that soothes our body and soul so that we find a sense of connection to everything by being connected to another human being.
We feel so good that we want to make our partner also have the same pleasure and then it becomes a resonating energy.
So abf/ANR is a powerful method that reinforces our sense of purpose in this universe and spreads love, kindness, truth, peace, non violence, gratitude and respect.
2. The touch aspect of skin to skin contact increases immunity in our body. It is very well known that the skin is the largest immune organ we have because itโs a beautiful intact barrier that has millions of nerve endings that get stimulated by a partnerโs touch. These nerve endings stimulate a sense of ecstasy and sense of well being that converts into biochemical messengers that transform the internal landscape due to the mind body connection. Touch as therapy if you will.
3. The oxytocin and other bio chemicals that are produced by the brain during nursing make us feel the love for another that just keeps spreading throughout the body, it relaxes muscles, reduces stress by reducing cortisol levels, reduces brain waves that would normally interfere with relaxation and sleep, and help our body reduce the fight or flight response that cause stress in the primitive/subconscious part of the brain.
4. Resetting the brain allows the brain to rest and declog and catch up on removing toxins in our system. Itโs like a reset and restart. Itโs the same for our muscles too. Our body realizes that we are in a state of happiness or bliss which is the natural state we are in when we are born and have no cares in this world.
5. When we are relaxed and happy we are in the present moment and filled with gratitude and love which is our true nature. When we are in this state we are awakened and giving, loving, nurturing, passionate and helping. This is true gift of ANR/ABF. ๐
Hope you enjoyed reading this post! If you like it say a few words so others can see the resonance of love. Have a great day everyone ๐บ๐ฅฐ๐๐๐
October 9, 2026 at 12:30 pm #825063This really resonates. Like I have mentioned before, I never experienced breastfeeding in a way that stayed with me, so looking for it as an adult is all about finding that genuine bond, the warmth, and the mutual benefits between two people.
Reading this breakdown makes it easy to understand why some people put such a high price tag on breast milk, even when supply is low. It really is valuable. Personally, paying for it is not my path because I do not think you can buy genuine warmth, skin-to-skin touch, or emotional connection with money. But seeing the science and the heart behind it makes complete sense. Thank you for sharing this.
October 9, 2026 at 1:02 pm #825087Clarification: All of the benefits I mention are with dry feeding. People keep searching for milk but that isnโt necessary to get to the precious state of bliss. Many people feel like they missed something by not being breast fed as a baby but there can be a lot of reasons why that didnโt happen. Getting stuck on a past deficit is only going to make one feel that one is lacking something and feel like we lost, that isnโt how or why I would lean towards abf/anr.
October 9, 2026 at 1:41 pm #825107@sind That makes sense. Dry nursing definitely proves that the real value is in the touch and the bond itself. Thanks for your perspective.
October 9, 2026 at 2:05 pm #825123Yes if you go looking for milk itโs even less prevalent than abf/ANR ladies because the best way to induce/relactate is with a suckler.
So most people who message me looking for milk I think are not educated on the science or into porn or just plain selfish looking for milk and just wanting the benefit of it without any effort to help the process.
Sorry but this has been my experience on here. We all want the benefits without the work behind it or the respect or the sincerity of knowing how much effort it takes.
People write โI wasnโt breast fed or I need to bulk up or I get sick a lot or my mommy wasnโt nurturingโ.
Thatโs life but what are you doing to help others after you suffered pain/suffering ? What about reaching out to others in need?
I mean you in a generic sense here but itโs only when we see others in ourselves that we can ever bridge the gap of duality.
Consciousness says that we are all reflections of what we absorb every day. We have to have right thoughts, right words and right actions and that comes with wisdom and maturity about who we are and what we are projecting into the world.

October 9, 2026 at 2:19 pm #825131I believe that every possible aspect of relationship between a monogamous couple is better with ANR.
