Voice messages playing back at double speed?

There seems to be an issue with some voice messages playing back at fast speed. So it starts out normal but towards the end it speeds up.

If you have noticed this then please comment here, we need to know which device was used to SEND the voice message, and which browser.

eg. Sending device was an an iphone 10 with Chrome browser.
