I have a confession. I have a rather expensive weakness for beautiful lingerie.
French lace, sheer embroidery, silk and satin, balconette bras that do glorious things for my cleavage, garter belts, and stockings with seams that go all the way up. Oh, yes, please.
I’m a Dita Von Teese kind of girl. Give me Old Hollywood glamour with a healthy dose of mischief.😇😈
There’s something delicious about the ritual of getting dressed. The feel of silk against bare skin, fastening the garters, adjusting the lace, and admiring the finished result before slipping into something considerably more respectable.
And then there’s the fun of knowing what’s underneath.
A little lace peeking above my neckline. A strap slipping off my shoulder. Perhaps the faintest glimpse of a stocking when I cross my legs.
Accidental? I’ll never tell. 😉
I wear lingerie because I love how it makes me feel. But am I above enjoying an appreciative glance? Certainly not. I’m a woman with a lingerie drawer, not a convent application.
Of course, beauty has its limits. I’ve worn corsets that practically required a rescue team to get out of. I want to feel like a Hollywood siren, not be cut out of my underwear by the 🔥 department.
Now, I’m curious about what’s hiding in everyone else’s drawers.
Ladies, what’s your weakness? Lace, satin, stockings, corsets? Do you dress for yourself, someone special, or the delicious possibility that someone might get lucky enough to see?
Gentlemen, what makes you look twice? A matching lace set? Stockings and garters? A silky slip? Or is it the tantalising glimpse of something you weren’t supposed to see?
And please, share your favourite lingerie pictures, links, and finds! I’m always looking for another excuse to add something gorgeous to my collection.
After all, getting dressed is lovely. But I’ve always thought what’s underneath deserves a little more attention.😉
I am one of the least visual people on this planet, so I cannot really answer this one…but there is occasionally a photo that will blow my mind! And normally that photo is of someone who has more on than less…it is just hotter for me. I know it does not make sense but it does for me!
Yes please I love a well dressed woman think of Christmas that specially wrapped present the wrapper and bow meticulous thought of just as hard as the present see half the fun of unwrapping the present is studying the bow and the paper your ever so gentle and keep it after cause it’s the thought that counts and you hang that paper up cause it’s sometimes more fun and the wrapper is so special makes you lick your chops and drool just from the wrapping
Well dear friend you already know about my lingere collection and for me the bralette with satin and lace in the cups and the way it feels on my sensitive nipples makes me feel so sexy and alluring especially when I pair it with silk seamed stockings and garters and an amazing pair of stripper heels 👠 oh yes and even though I don’t have a partner at the moment I absolutely have dress up and play night. I think you can figure out what that night is for and what woman doesn’t love to feel sexy?
