Dark blue is one of my favourite background colours, (the other is pink). A pleasant change.
I’m having some trouble seeing the text. it’s like the letters are light grey and the background is white so it’s hard to read.
Can’t read the profile details.

don’t think this colour is really representative of ABF/ANR, it’s very “Masculine”. It now feels more like a site that might sell spare parts for boats & ships! lolAlso since I’ve come back on & this colour change has happened, there seems to be a problem with doing a members’ search? It hardly ever loads now, you have to make several attempts at before it will work, don’t know if it’s a coincidence of your “experimenting”
or that this blue scheme has put a bigger load on the site?
Anyway the way it was, much better in my opinion. 😒Ok milkman, your opinions are noted.
Anyone else really like or really dislike this dark blue look? Too masculine?
It’s easy to change back, just trying out different options.
I won’t be annoyed if you say “change it back!”

I like the original it suited the website 🙂 that being said a darker look would be easier on the eyes.
I like the colour as blue is one of my favourite colours.
UPDATE ….It turned out to be much more difficult than I imagined to change the colour scheme correctly (sounds simple, right?) – so rather than have the site in a state of limbo for days til I work it out, probably better to stick with what we’ve got, for now.
Not sure why but this page is the regular light brown but all my other pages are still dark blue and I can’t read the text in people’s profiles because somehow it has changed also. Hope we can resolve this quickly… or switch it back to the old color format. I like the dark blue a lot, but not if I can’t read everything on the site. The icons in the corners to pull up the messages and notifications (and other things) is invisible to me. Hope this helps.
Sam, it’s probably your browser holding on to the blue version. Log out, clear your browser cache if you can, close browser, open again, log back in.
I have cleaned my cache/temp files, etc and I still can’t open messages to respond, this has been going on for couple days.

Describe exactly what happens when you click/tap the “Tap to open messages” thing on your messages page.And what kind of device are you using?
– IPhone
– Android phone
– PC or laptopI’m on a laptop with windows 10; when i click on the message to read and then reply, it does nothing; just stays on the message page where it lists my messages.
